FAQs
How often does my company meet with CoStrategy?
1
We meet once a week for tactical alignment and hold one full-day workshop every quarter for deep-dive strategic planning. This cadence ensures momentum without pulling your team away from daily operations.
Who created the CoStrategy System?
2
The process was developed by Jeremy Miller through 15 years of hands-on strategy coaching. It was refined inside real businesses to solve stagnant growth and margin squeeze. We built the CoStrategy platform to give more leadership teams access to these proven results.
Who should be on my leadership team for this journey?
3
Your leadership team should consist of the 2 to 4 people who have the authority to move the needle in your business. Typically, this includes the CEO and the heads of Sales, Operations, and Finance. You want the people who are responsible for executing the strategy and have the ambition to own a niche.
Is this a "do-it-for-me" program?
4
No. We provide the roadmap, the playbooks, and the systems, but your team does the work. Strategy is an internal capability. If we did it for you, you wouldn't own the results. We guide the ship, you provide the crew and the power.
All sessions are held virtually. Your team will also receive 24/7 access to the CoStrategy Platform, where all your tools, roadmap progress, and strategic materials are stored.
Phase 1 (Activate) begins immediately. You will implement sales sprints within the first 30 days to validate your market position with real revenue data. Clients in this process have seen 25% lift in sales in the first 6 months.
The Growth Ceiling is the point where your current business model can no longer scale. A Growth Ceiling feels like: Revenue goes up, revenue goes down, but five years later, you’re exactly where you started, just more exhausted.

Is my business too small (or too big) for this?
CoStrategy is built for established mid-market businesses. If you have 25 - 250 employees and are struggling to differentiate in a crowded market, this is for you. It is not designed for early-stage startups or solopreneurs.
